Cancellation Policy
Refinement Sessions
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for either a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. However, emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refinement Sessions
Scope of Service
Refinement Sessions provide personalized guidance, troubleshooting, and educational support to help you better understand your instrument and identify the source of performance or mechanical concerns. These sessions are educational in nature and do not include physical repairs or in-person services.
Professional Guidance
Every Refinement Session is tailored to your instrument and the information available during the session. While specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, all recommendations are provided in good faith based on decades of professional experience and expertise.
Essential Care Kit
30-Day Limited Warranty
Every Essential Care Kit is carefully inspected before shipment and is covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials or assembly. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Returns
- Unused Essential Care Kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
- Opened or used kits are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect item.
General Terms
The Flute Refinery is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of the purchased product or service.
